Machine Shop

	Pictured to the left is HyVal Industries 10" x 54" CNC Milling Machine. This machine can repetitiously perform extremely accurate and highly complex milling operations that are well beyond the capabilities of a conventional milling machine. Once a part is programmed into the machine it can be saved to use again at another time if required.
Pictured to the right are a couple of HyVal Industries 9" x 42" Bridgeport type conventional milling machines. We rely heavily on these machines to perform quick one time drilling, milling and boring operations.
	HyVal has multiple conventional lathes on hand with swings from 12" to 24". Manufacturing or repairing cylinder rods, cylinder tubes, cylinder tie rods, bushings, pins, boring and broaching key-ways in couplings, fitted or body bound bolts and many other standard machine shop practices are readily available.
HyVal's 10" x 5' Radial Arm Drill Press pictured on the right is a real work horse. With drilling capacity up to 2-1/4" in diameter this machine can get the tough drilling jobs done. The large adjustable work table allows us to setup drilling operations in some very awkward position if required.
	HyVal Industries 6" x 18" manual surface grinder pictured here on the left does an excellent job providing the necessary ground finishes on flange and valve mating and sealing surfaces. HyVal also has 24" and 36" lapping machine capabilities for those parts requiring a flatness from 1 to 11 millionths of an inch.
